The new technology and innovation team at the world famous Abbey Road Studios have already helped four new and exciting start-ups on to the road to success. Their incubator scheme is open again, seeking the next handful of new and exciting music tech projects.
Lasting six months, Abbey Road Red’s incubator project gives budding entrepreneurs a chance to benefit from the studio’s extensive musical expertise, network of personnel contacts and global reach.
So far four innovative companies have emerged from the first incubator intake. Amongst them are: 3D headphone company OSSIC who have raised a staggering $2.7 million on Kickstarter (check out a video from their recent visit to the Studios here), advanced guitar learning app Uberchord who continue to assert themselves as one of the most loved music apps on the Apple App Store and intelligent audio processing service CloudBounce are up and running with their slick, innovative (and automated) home mastering service.
